Welcome to

THE CASTLE

A timeless Victorian pub, rich in history, character, and warmth.

With roots stretching back to 1716 and a Grade II listed building that has

graced its surroundings since 1901, The Castle is something truly special —

original fixtures, crackling open fires, and an interior recognised by the

Campaign for Real Ale as one worth preserving.

A favourite with locals and visitors alike, there's nowhere quite like it.

Whether you're popping in for a pint or settling in for the evening —

Let us make your visit one to remember.
